528 Ibiza Gardens will host a weekly Ibiza Sonica Sessions residency every Wednesday this summer
The first party will take place on July 20, and will feature island hero headliners Melon Bomb, joined by much-loved Ibiza Sonica residents Milou and AIGUA.
The free-spirited and deep-rooted love for the island’s music scene by Ibiza Sonica Radio is clear to see as they join the 528 Ibiza family with a highly-anticipated weekly residency every Wednesday in the newly-opened 528 Ibiza Gardens; a sprawling and stunning, multi-purpose outdoor space that combines the impressive backdrop of the Benimussa Hills on the West Coast.
Throughout the season, this residency will showcase the pioneering heritage of Ibiza Sonica Radio at its heart. Fusing local roots with a global perspective, the Sonica events will offer an impeccable selection of music from this authentic and critically-acclaimed house brand that holds Ibiza so dearly. Every week special guest artists and residentswill offer a diverse soundtrack that will delight and allure. In addition, all the events will be broadcasted live both on the radio and in video streaming.
Melon Bomb – the quartet made up of Scott Gray, Paul Reynolds, Ben Santiago and Corbi will offer a musical experience to encapsulate the spirit of Ibiza with an explosive combination of house and disco.
Melon Bomb will be joined by the residents of Ibiza Sonica Radio: Milou and AIGUA. The passion for House and Tech-House is the engine that has always driven Milou. The Ibizan producer Javier Ferrer, through his new project AIGUA, has created a new concept of advanced electronic music selection. His characteristic style and versatility are wrapped in an atmosphere of mysticism that opens the doors to an unexpected musical journey.
Every Wednesday between 7:55 p.m and 11:30pm, guests will be able to enjoy a truly Balearic vibe, gourmet street food and exquisite drinks, all set to the perfect Ibiza Sonica Radio soundtrack in the most truly breathtaking surroundings of 528 Ibiza Gardens. Entrance to 528 Ibiza Gardens is free, with table reservations available through the website (requirement: minimum spend of €50 per person), as well as a VIP area.
