Halloween is becoming an increasingly important date on the international electronic music calendar. Here are a few events not to be missed
Club Chinois Ibiza – Just when we thought all was said and done in Ibiza, TRIP and Club Chinois are about to push the limits of clubbing culture one last time and confirm what is now clear to everyone: the dynamics of the white island are changing as the season becomes longer and longer. In fact, for the first time in the history of Ibiza, a residency will exceed 30 weeks when TRIP holds its last event of the year on Saturday 4th November 2023.TRIP’s closing will take place between two dates: Part 1, on Saturday 28 October, with the exceptional trio Apollonia; Part 2 on 4th November sees the powerhouse names Ricardo Villalobos and Sonja Moonear taking over for the final party of the season.
Monsterland Halloween Festival – The best way to celebrate Halloween night? The thirteenth edition of Monsterland Halloween Festival, scheduled for October 2023, Tuesday 31st (from 6 pm) at Ferrara Fiere Congressi (50 km from Bologna). Round 20,000 tickets have already been sold for what promises to be a record-breaking edition. Monsterland’s lineup features an authentic trio of urban and hip-hop wonders, including Salmo, Sfera Ebbasta and Guè, the best of the global techno scene with Nina Kraviz, Ben Klock and Adiel; DJs who have always been a total reference, such as Marco Carola, the Italian trio DOCTUM and Padre Guilherme, who made young people dance with techno tunes in Lisbon last August, during the World Youth Day.
Tomorrowland presents Amber Broos – The 20-year-old Belgian DJ & producer Amber Broos is taking over Waagnatie Antwerp with her pumping beats on October 2023 31st during her first own special solo show. The young female rising star has quickly become one of the hottest sensations in the electronic music scene, coming off a stunning debut performance at the Mainstage of Tomorrowland Winter in Alpe d’Huez in March and her debut on Tomorrowland’s legendary Mainstage in July. At the end of October, Amber Broos will be shaking things up throughout the night and blowing people’s mind during her own indoor rave in Antwerp. She treats her fans to a mix of hits and her own unique style between techno, house, club, and Belgian retro influenced music.
Time Warp – The third much-anticipated edition of Time Warp’s “Two Days / Two Stages” returns November 2023 3rd and 4th with even more talents at its spiritual home of Maimarkthalle in Mannheim (Germany). This compact but high-impact concept is all about cutting-edge sound and production across the Maimarkthalle and Maimarkt Club at Time Warp’s spiritual home of Mannheim. It is the last show before 2024’s historic 30th Anniversary of Time Warp scheduled for April 2024. Adam Beyer, ARTBAT, Black Coffee, Deborah De Luca, Indira Paganotto, Mochakk and Sven Väth are just a few names in line up for this Autumn Time Warp edition. Now this carefully distilled version returns for two days of serious sound from a mix of young and fresh talents and returning favourites.
