Prize and Validity
The prize consists of 2 nights’ accommodation in a standard double room for 2 adults at Ama Ibiza Beachfront Suites (including breakfast).
It does not include transportation for the winner or their companions, nor does it cover any other expenses related to enjoying the prize.
The prize must be redeemed during the 2023/2024 season, subject to hotel availability, excluding national holidays, and based on the establishment’s availability and free capacity. Acceptance of the stay dates is also subject to the availability of free rooms for that specific period. If the prize is not redeemed on the dates established in these rules, the winner will forfeit the prize, and it cannot be exchanged for a later or earlier date. In the event that the winner has already booked the prize stay and subsequently needs to modify or cancel it, applicable cancellation fees will be charged. Additionally, the prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another product, service, or its cash value.
To redeem the prize, the winner must contact us via private message by email and communicate their chosen dates within a maximum period of 10 days from the day of the announcement of the contest winner.
Contest Period
The contest will run from August 1st, 2023, until August 30th, 2023, at 23:59 (CET) on the Ibiza Sonica Radio app exclusively for Premium subscribers and on the Ibiza Sonica Radio Instagram.
Once the contest period is closed, no more participants will be allowed. The company is not responsible for entries received after the deadline or for fraudulent or incomplete entries.
Participation Conditions
Any individual who is of legal age and has full legal capacity to exercise their rights can participate in the contest.
Direct employees, family members, and collaborators of the organizer are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Minors are excluded from participating in the contest.
Being a Premium subscriber of the Ibiza Sonica Radio app is a mandatory condition to participate.
Participation
The contest will take place within the Ibiza Sonica app and on Instagram.
Premium subscribers of the app will have the right to participate directly in the contest by simply selecting the “Participate” button within this article.
The winner will be selected from all those who participate and meet the established requirements.
To participate in the contest on Instagram, users must:
• Follow the official profiles of @amaibizabeachfrontsuites + @ibizasonica on Instagram.
• Download the Ibiza Sonica app and become a premium subscriber for at least the duration of the contest.
• Mention 2 or more people in the comments of the contest post and like the post (image).
• An extra consideration will be given for sharing the contest post (image) publicly in a “story” and mentioning @Ibizasonicaradio.
Winner Announcement
The winner will be randomly chosen by the organizer from all the participants in the contest and will be notified via email or direct message.
On Instagram, the winner will be publicly announced in the comments of the contest post.
Reservations and Limitations
The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest during its course in the event of just cause or reasons of force majeure that prevent its completion in the manner outlined in the rules.
